About Gabriel Gersch & Outventurous

I used to spend between 5 and 8 months a year in the outdoors. Mostly on foot, sometimes by packraft. As an independent guide for wilderness trips with the company Outventurous, Alaska, Greenland and Pakistan were my main destinations, but I also traveled privately in Africa, South America and other parts of Asia. I now work for Explora Events in Switzerland, have a family and prefer to spend my outdoor time in the mountains paragliding. I no longer guide tours and have no other commercial ambitions for the Outventurous project. At times someone gets lost on my website, so I’m leaving some content online for now.
